SPRINGFIELD, Va., Aug. 28, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- The St. James announced the expanded role of Spencer Ford as Director of Lacrosse, where he will lead a new era of lacrosse for boys and girls across coaching, player development, teams, leagues, events, and The St. James Performance Academy. Enrollment is now open for programs and leagues launching under his direction.

Ford brings nearly two decades of experience as a professional player, coach, and executive. Alongside his leadership with the Carolina Chaos of the Premier Lacrosse League (PLL), he previously guided the Chesapeake Bayhawks to three MLL championships and was a three-time MLL All-Star and All-Pro attackman.
